Tracy Collins has over 15 years of experience as a finance and real estate professional.  Her career has involved working in technology, workplace operations strategy, and real estate development & investments.  Tracy believes that long-term success is built upon the pillars of excellence, hard-work, and innovation.  She played an integral part in the launch of two high-profile real estate development firms, having full responsibility to formulate a collaborative and efficient workplace through cross-functional teams. Tracy is also a licensed real estate broker in Illinois who has helped clients capitalize on investment opportunities in real estate and advised on the appropriate set-up of property accounting functions within their businesses.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Northeastern Illinois University and a Master of Science in Real Estate from Roosevelt University’s Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate.
